It is very very bad..esp. staff. you don't get what you pay for.

Dear all renters,
I did not listen to this website because it seems unreal to me when I first see the rating of this place. I regret signing the lease with this place. I would not recommmend this place to anyone.
The staffs here have very bad manners. They are very arrogant especially the head office. Actually every single one in the office is rude. I don't know how they gave these people this job but they seem to be all the same(mean and rude).
Sales are nice and did a good job for being sale persons. If I was the owner, I would keep all the sales person here. They are good at promising but not all of what they say is true. That's why I end up with this place because I was stupid enough to listen to them. They are very nice though after you signed lease even. I rent this place also because of the nice looking clubhouse and gym facility. I, of course, can afford it..hoping to live in a nice apartment and getting a good service. Turn out to be a nightmare. Maintenace are horrible. Nothing got fixed right the first time. They pay more attention to landscape. They switch and change trees and flower constantly, it never ends. I guess that's how they try to impress new renter.
It is very depressing that I pay so much for the apartment and receive a very poor service. I would recommend it for short term lease but not a long term one because you will not have to deal with the staff here for so long. I am glad I moved out. Finally....I am out of that bad experience.
I believe that the owner of this place has wokred hard, trying to make money by giving people good place to stay...what he didn't know is that he either pays his staff too little money and that's why they did a horrible job, or he pays them too much for their quality.
You should train your staff better before you call this place a "luxury home".
Their behavior is unacceptable for this amount of money. It is pathetic!

I live at river oaks and I cant believe how they employee such rude people in the club house. I have a furnished apartment and when I am needing something the person who runs the furnished apartments is always there right away to get what I need and the only other person who is very helpful is shannon. I was up there recently and was very shocked to hear a woman in the back room swearing like a truck driver because her computer went down. I saw a employee go back there and told her to be quiet, the lady in the back room who was swearing came out and she looked real dumpy to be working in such a resort style apartment with a truck driver mouth and attitude which was horrible, she had on a green tank top the kind you wear when you are outside gardening and looked a mess. Fe is in leasing and always promises things and never delivers as she did my lease. She has a attitude like she is better then everyone else which is a shame. The so called Manager is never around and her door is always shut with the blinds closed and is never accessible and promises things and then backs out and puts the blame on others, I know this because I still am waiting for something that she promised me. I work for a Japanese company and I will be sure that they dont send anyone here again.
