I was very excited about this place, but in the back of my mind something said it might be too good to be true...and boy was that true...their website only shows the remodeled units and not the majority of the units...their website and all other ads on rent.com and apartments.com make it seem as though all their units are luxury units...NOT AT ALL!!! I was so disappointed...I think its way too over priced for how they actually look inside and forget the prices for the remodeled suites, they are ridiculous... most of the upgrades aren't worth what they are actually charging you...to top it off when I found this site and saw all these negative reviews I was even more disappointed, I advise that you be very careful and research thoroughly before renting at River Oaks!!!
