I have lived at River Oaks for about a month and have not experienced any problems. Any maintenance issues I had were corrected promptly and correctly with one request. I never hear my neighbor and it is a treat to have a garage. The fitness facility is clean and the equipment is in good condition. I wish I would have moved here a long time ago.
