The complex is nice and the units adequate, but are priced higher than similar ones in the area. Some have been remodeled, but the older units are shabby. The management can be deceiving and difficult to deal with, except Emily. Good luck getting your full deposit back. They deduct whatever they can and you have little recourse. Oh, and get everything in writing and signed. If you even ask to get out of your lease early they will send you a threatening letter demanding a huge amount of money by a certain date. Very harsh scare tactics to say the least. Shop around.
