The property looks nice from the outside, the outside only, the apartments are run down, i've rented 2 different apartments there and talked to other tenets and they all had the same complaints . They have major insect issues, and i mean Major, their service sucks, you have to request a service/receipt three or four times before you get what you're asking for,their "gated" community advertisement is false, they don't have guards by the gate around the clock anymore. but believe it or not this is not even the major issue, not only their staff lacks the least sense of being professional, but the assistant manager there goes after rich married men, no kidding! The management is well aware of the situation and they are doing nothing about it, if you have a family do NOT stay there, i am not sure exactly what kind of "business" they are running, if you are single and into that kind of stuff i guess then you'll get all the good times in the world.
