Don't ever rent the "Clubhouse". They want $750 for it.

This apartment complex thought it would a great idea after a tenant trashed the place to start charging $750 to rent this "Clubhouse" (basically 1 room) for one night. I asked them if the person who trashed it payed for it and they said yes, so how do they justify making me a tenant pay $750 for something they lead me to believe was free!!!!
