The list of complaints is too long, so I will just give the worst. We moved in in January and one of the windows was broken. Cold air was blowing in. It took 3 months and numerous calls to get it replaced. The kitchen floor and the carpet were both old and stained from the previous resident's dog and they would not replace it.

We had 2 cats, so we paid a pet deposit of which $150 was non refundable plus $40 extra rent per month. Then when we received the security deposit back they charged us $100 to clean the carpet.

We got less that 1/3 of our deposit back because of ridiculous charges and had already moved out of state so we couldn't go to court to fight it.

We also received a letter just before our lease was up that they were going to raise our rent about $200 a month if we renewed our lease.

This place is definitely not worth the money or the hassle.
