Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I had nothing but a positive experience. I had a 1 bedroom, end unit, top floor for $699 month. The cathederal ceiling in the living room made it feel very open. I was able to choose the color of paint that I wanted throughout (never heard of an apartment community doing that!), maintenance was always responsive, and I felt very safe. Everthing was in great condition and my street was very quiet.
The only bad thing was the bees and the giant waterfall over my walkway when the lawn sprinkler turned on.
I am sorry to read that this community is going down hill.
