I lived on the first floor and the apartment above me was inhabited by a woman with kids... young kids..... This normally wouldn't be a problem but because the apartments are so cheap, they did not have proper insulation. I complained multiple times and even called the police, but nothing changed, the noise from their kids jumping up and down... was intolerable, I almost went insane. The previous posts were also correct... bugs EVERYWHERE!!!!! Bees in the summer, it??s a wonder I never got stung... I would recommend staying AWAY from saddle creek!!!!
