I would just like to say that I think that the people working in the office are great. I have dealt with Amanda on several different occasions qnd She was very helpful and sweet. She is the one that takes care of our rent and accounts so if she was rude to you, you probably owe money. I think that the other two sales associates in the office are just as nice and are more than happy to help people out. As far as what they are charging for pet fees, they have no control over that they are not the owners just the staff. I have lived here for almost a year and have never encountered an issue with the staff.
