I wish that I would have listen to the review before I move here there were bugs everywhere noise from other apartment then they charge you for trash and water which run about 45.00 dollars a month the window are old so all cold air just blow right in but you wont know half of this because they dont show you the unit you are going to move in intill move in date then you will find dirty carpet with bugs, water damage from other unit and hearing other doing things you don't what to hear and the apartment space is so small the bathroom in master is so so small it just a place to wash your hands and use the main bathroom for everything eles for the price it a joke and before you move out (I so happy that I did 1-08) they send you a list of all the price range they will charge you from light bulbs which is four dollars a bulb to dip pans which I was charge eight dollars for to 800.00 I am a very clean person the unit was very clean when I move out but was charge for dip pans and carpet that was not clean when move in. so here the facts you are going to have bugs big problem you are going to hear everything and you are not going to get all your deposit back because of little charges like those and you are going to be very happy there Dont be a fool like I did!!

I lived at 43333 Citation from 96-98. At the time, they were still fairly new and fairly upscale. Sounds like it went downhill since. The positives were the apartment size, bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment, good sized walk-in closet, the pool was nice, and mgmt had a social (beer party) about once a month. That was nice. The negatives were, being on a bottom end unit, bugs, horrible bedroom window that leaked and they wouldn't fix it (very cold in the winter), evidence of mice--actually found a dead one in my clothes the day I moved out--and a raccoon climbed up between the floors through the end unit meter doors. So I had to fight with the manager at the time (Craig) for weeks to get him to trap the raccoon and seal up the bottom. I liked the area, though--lot of new construction around there at the time, lot of places to run and ride a bike. Bad management, though. Can't imagine what it looks like now.
