This complex is, by far, the worst run apartment complex EVER!!! The complex office and the management company is operated by rude, snotty, and uptight women. They are nothing less than pathetic and horrible. All of the neighbors in my circle can't stand it here and have developed a count down chart until the number of days each of us move out. Those unfortunate to live here, PUT ALL COMMUNICATION IN WRITING. They will attempt to weasel you out of your deposit with fraudulant charges and have been reported for doing so. They lie, lie, lie! The upkeep is down keep. Maintenance sucks. Bees and bugs everywhere. Outdoor stairwell wood rotting, lack of proper snow removal (they don't do the sidewalks and barely the common roads), broken washer and dryers in apartments, penny pinchers, lack of proper repairs and lack of repairs. If you move to Saddle Creek it will be your new nightmare. Need I go on' The worst mistake I made in my life was moving into this complex.

I don't find the management staff uptight. If they can be helpful without actually doing anything, they seem great. When ATT decided not to install my phone, they let me borrow the office phone at least three times.
