I've enjoyed living here for the last year. I love my vaulted cieling, privite entry, fitness center, having my own washer and dryer, and the staff has always been nice and helpful. I live in an upstairs unit, so I don't have an insect problem; although, I have run into some pretty creepy spiders, but nothing that I wouldn't expect from living so close to pine trees. If you live in a lower unit, I suppose it could be creepier. My one year lease is coming to an end, and I would like to stay, but they have raised our rent:( Compared to other places that I have been looking at, this is pretty nice.
