It's been more than 2 years and I still have bad memories

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived at Saddle Creek about two years ago. I'm still bitter. The guy who rented to us was FANTASTIC, very personable and friendly BUT I think he moved on because I had nothing but frustration after our move in date.
Our heat didn't work on the first night we slept there (in early March- cold as Hades) - even though the "management" was a pain in the neck about having to walk through and check everything out before they showed us the exact apartment we would be renting. From there on out it was non-stop maintenance people in our apt. I have to admit- they were often timely, polite and very understanding but nothing ever got FIXED.
We had maintenance people in every other day b/c our heat always gave out in the evening when we came home and the office was closed. Then Beztak Management had the gall to raise our rent when they hadn't kept their end of the deal. I'm sorry but if the furnace or thermostat doesn't work after the 7th repair- replace the whole system AND THEN charge me more rent!
