The Springs is a very nice apartment community, my only complaint is that the location of the bedroom is in the front of the building overlooking the parking lot and there is a lot of noise at night with car doors slamming, people climbing the stairs, etc. Also, I know of other tenants who have had the staff coming into their apartment unannounced. A couple of times when I needed maintenance, I had to call two or three times, but when they did come out they did a good job.
