(user photo) (user photo) This is the ceiling in the bedroom, not even near the actual problem. Which proves they let the problem go on a long time without repair. (user photo) Wow. (user photo) The discoloring is a result of the dirty ceiling water. There is actually standing water on the floor, but it is hard to tell from the pic. The whiter patch near the vanity is not water, everything else is.

Nice apt, bad management

I love my apartment. The buildings are new and well maintained and have great layouts. The location in Novi is wonderful. The management is not very good though. The lots are rarely plowed in the winter. Service requests take days to be completed. You are forced to purchase their cable which is even worse than normal cable TV. The pet policy is also not very accomodating. It's a great place to live but the customer service at the office is poor for the price I'm paying.
