(user photo) (user photo) This is the ceiling in the bedroom, not even near the actual problem. Which proves they let the problem go on a long time without repair. (user photo) Wow. (user photo) The discoloring is a result of the dirty ceiling water. There is actually standing water on the floor, but it is hard to tell from the pic. The whiter patch near the vanity is not water, everything else is.

Nice apartments but....

I recently moved into the springs. I ahve been impressed with the quality of their apartments, but one thing seems to be bothering me. I was promised before I moved in I would be able to get broadband internet. After 6 weeks and numerous hours on the phone both with Ameritech and the Springs staff, I find out today that it is not even available in my apartment. Maybe a minor inconvenience to some but when you work in a field that requires it, a huge setback. Not only that, but the staff was always very slow in getting back with me, if they did at all. And they're not doing anything about the fact that I am now simply screwed since I am locked into a lease.

Other then that no problems
