(user photo) (user photo) This is the ceiling in the bedroom, not even near the actual problem. Which proves they let the problem go on a long time without repair. (user photo) Wow. (user photo) The discoloring is a result of the dirty ceiling water. There is actually standing water on the floor, but it is hard to tell from the pic. The whiter patch near the vanity is not water, everything else is.

Great Location, Nice Home

Moved in several months ago from Colorado and am quite impressed. Apartments around us are quiet though a bit noisy from construction and grounds crews outdoors. Great neighbors have helped us move in. The apartment is very bright with a nice pond view. Nice carpet, (flat paint :P picks up every fingerprint), big windows, attractive grounds and buildings. We're definately happy here.
