(user photo) (user photo) This is the ceiling in the bedroom, not even near the actual problem. Which proves they let the problem go on a long time without repair. (user photo) Wow. (user photo) The discoloring is a result of the dirty ceiling water. There is actually standing water on the floor, but it is hard to tell from the pic. The whiter patch near the vanity is not water, everything else is.

Move into the springs about a year ago after living in 4 other complexes throughout the years. Enjoyed the staff, which made everything easy and fun. My wife and 2 children feel very safe when I am away, and have been pleased wth the maintenance thus far. My neighbors are great, and have spoken with others who are not very pleased, but isolated occurences. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone.
