i've lived at the springs for over 1 year, and have never had a problem. reading some of these reviews has to make me laugh. yes, the parking lots need re-paving, and they are in the process of doing it right now. if you have a problem in your apartment, wouldn't you want maintanance to fix it? there is such a thing as setting an appointment. i've requested an appointment 1 time, and they showed up when they said they would. they always have the property of the year sign up every weekend, and they should have it up everday!!!!! this place is a great place to live, and i would highly reccomend it to anyone
