(user photo) (user photo) This is the ceiling in the bedroom, not even near the actual problem. Which proves they let the problem go on a long time without repair. (user photo) Wow. (user photo) The discoloring is a result of the dirty ceiling water. There is actually standing water on the floor, but it is hard to tell from the pic. The whiter patch near the vanity is not water, everything else is.

Not a nice place to live in.. poor management & maintenence

I lived at The Springs for a year and left around six months ago (as soon as the lease ran out). The management need to get their act together. I lived on the first floor and the noise and the cigarette butts and beer cans that were thrown from above finally got to me. Despite repeated request by myself and the other neighbor on the first floor to the management, nothing much came out of it except common notes to everyone in the building that was, not surprisingly worthless. P.P.S: the older blocks the fixtures are ancient.. BTW, if the leasing office girls tell you that you can get broadband/dsl, dont believe them
