I am usually not one to complain, but if this review can help just one person, it is worth a try. The Springs is hell on earth in a subtle way. Yes, they may look like decent apartments on the outside, buteverything else is a fugazi. The management is clueless. It's all about money with these guys. I can't even begin to list all of the problems that I've had with my aprtment and how they couldn't care less when I notified them of it. Cable sucks (it is their own version, not Comcast or others offered in the area). The grounds are filthy. Cigarette butts and beer bottles everywhere. It is unfair to say that all of the residents are rednecks, but a large majority of them are. I'd say you get what you pay for, but I pay up the butt for my apartment. Please look elsewhere and save yourself some unneeded stress.
