I have lived here for one year and like it overall but dislike the staff in leasing office. The environment is definitely good. The apartments and surroundings are well maintained. The maintanence guys are highly efficient and friendly. The staff in the leasing office were very friendly before we signed the lease. However, they totally changed their attitude after we moved in. Once, the UPS guy delivered my package to the leasing office since I wasn't home. The leasing office never bothered to inform me. I finally found it out after the bill came 3 weeks later. It took me several phonecalls to figure out where my package is. Also, if they tell you DSL is available in the apartment, make sure you confirm it with SBC before you sign the lease. I waited 8 months to finally get the DSL. The SBC don't have enough ports for this area. So some building have the DSL, but some don't. After reading this board, I find out that the leasing office knew this problem all the time, but they misled or lied to me when I moved in.
