(user photo) (user photo) This is the ceiling in the bedroom, not even near the actual problem. Which proves they let the problem go on a long time without repair. (user photo) Wow. (user photo) The discoloring is a result of the dirty ceiling water. There is actually standing water on the floor, but it is hard to tell from the pic. The whiter patch near the vanity is not water, everything else is.

We moved in here almost a year ago and the paint on the walls is horrible. We have a "ring" that will not come clean and have noticed a light black dust all over the doorwall and corners. Are we breathing this in' The plowing is a joke. Since we live in the Springs II and in the last bdlg, we never get a full plow b/c they're tired by the time they get to us and do a half-ass job. Try to get someone to call you back when you ask about finishing the job!!
