talk about raunchy, low class management and staff. i hope someone from the corporate office is reading this.

if you like to watch the staff (manager) make out with staff behind the buildings, in a parked car, in front of children, then come live here. i've called "corporate" and they do nothing.....i never received a phone call back, and i supposedly got through to the "president" of the company....yeah right.

when i moved in, there was a black manager who was awesome....i know he's not there anymore, and i would love to know what happened since then.

i had a maint. guy come to my apartment who smelled like alcohol, and i asked him if he wanted another beer (testing his stupidity), and he said yes!!!!!!!!!!! i couldn't believe it! i called the office right away, and the manager was "out"....never got a phone call back.

i've written to corporate, and no response back....i can't get out of my lease because i can't afford it.

i could go on and on, but those are the major thing wrong here....go down the street....you may pay more, but it's worth it!

WOW!! This one is right on the money. Ive experienced everything this person is talking about. The NEW team at THE SPRINGS is nothing but TRASH, you hit it right on the nose!!
