It wasn't that bad living here but the maintenance is slow. When our washing machine broke it took them over 2 months to finally give us a new one (which we asked for after 3 attempts to try to fix it). When maintenance comes to do seasonal work on the apartment, we always received our letter letting us know they would be entering the apt. after they already did. When they fix things they do a minimum quality. But in their favor - the maintenance is very respectful and nice.

Also, a lot of college kids live here and they are loud. Cigarettes and dog messes are all over the ground.

One thing that gets a lot of complaints here is the cable. For some reason, they have their own cable system and try to tell you it's cheaper than Comcast. WRONG! When you break it down it's the exact same price per channel! You do not get some of the most watched channels such as FX, Disney, HGTV, FOOD Network, Style, and quite a few others. This is not something they will tell you so if this is important to you ask them for a list of cable channels.

I wouldn't recommend this place but I wouldn't say definitely no either. I would suggest you look around and read reviews to see if some of these things that bother others would bother you.
