DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

Sometimes I wonder if the projects have better luck, staff, and places to live than this place. I should of known when the rental agent told us we could have a "gas Grill" and then after we move in the send us eviction notices to get rid of it or be tossed out. So i call the office and they tell me that you can't have the grill here but you can store the propane here. Whats the sense in that. Now we know apartments have problems but when you have a flood from above where the other guys shower is broken and it leaks everytime they use it and it takes them a week to fix it, that is not good. We have had a new washer and dryer put in because to "new" ones that were in here did not work. After that has happened we have had the washer worked on 5 times because it keeps over flowing. The sewer system is backed up and the floor drain in the laundry room has been backed up 5-7 times (I can't remember the exact amount it has happened so many times) and they keep saying that they can't fix the problem because they can't spend the money. One time our toilet over flowed because they system backed up again and the water ran over night. We had rooms that were flooded with sewer water and it took them 3 weeks to clean everything. I had to go out myself and rent a cleaner to start the process of cleaning up sewer water.
This is just the tip of the problems that we have been having. We have been locked out/in our apt three times because they put bad locks on the doors. One night we had the windows open when sleeping and woke up at 230 am with water spraying on us. They walk into the apt with out asking or telling us that they are doing so.
The staff is terrible, I would have better luck getting something done with 5 year olds than them. It bugs me when you have a problem and they laugh at you when you are still standing in front of them. Then you schedule meetings and they don't show up. I could go on about the staff for ever.

Bottom line.. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.
