First of all, the mainainance is really slow. Last year, it took almost 2 months to fix our AC, after my BF kept calling the apt office and main office thousands times. This summer, the AC was broke again, and they have never fixed, and the summer is over.
Second, everything is really cheep. When we moved in, between toilet and the floor, there is a little hole, and the floor looked like a little sticky. Of course, we had overflow from toilet bowl one time, too. The carpet looks really flat and dirty, too. The door lock is kind of kricket.
Nice thing about the apt is the view and high sealing, because we live on the top, 3rd floor. If you don't care about maintainance and cheep material, you can have good time there.

I think you should speak with the corporate office about your a/c problem. It's pretty much impossible for 3 guys to fix 200 broken A/c's and i personally applaud all their efforts this past summer. My apartment has gorgeous, fluffy carpet and everything else in it is impeccable.
