If you like being ignored by management, this is the place to be. If you like dealing with incompetent office staff (not all, but some over the years), come here. If you like sharing your apartment with bugs galore, rush on over. Silverfish rule. If you enjoy listening to an animal in-between your walls at night causing interrupted sleep, sign your lease NOW. Management's inability to alleviate these problems speaks for itself. If you look forward to changing your locks because maintenance will enter at their leisure regardless of what they tell you, don't hesitate to live at The Springs. The upside was that heat & water were included with the rent. But nothing that they could include with the rent (even a rent-free offer) would entice me to stay one second longer than the expiration of my lease under those living conditions. I anticipated the day....it arrived..... & I ran like Flo Jo out of there.

Sounds like you are just a nasty person. I have lived for years and the staff has always been amazing. They have done verything i have ever asked and with a smile every time. i came from another complex that didnt care at all for their tenants. i am very happy to be here, and very glad that someone like you isn't.
