I have had a terrible experience here. I lived in the Springs 2 my first year. I had to constantly call maintence because there were little pincher looking bugs everywhere. I would tell the front desk that I wanted to be there so I could show them where I see them at...and I would return home and see a note left saying "didn't see anything, didn't spray". I called three times and finally was able to make them come while I was home. Next I moved into the older springs. My dryer was broken for over 6 months. The first time I called they just ordered the part...no they didn't come back to put the part in'!!'! so i had to call them to remind them that the part had to be put in and they didn't come for 2 days, then finally came and said they had to get something else. I didn't call back for awhile b/c i was irritated. Then a couple of months later i got sick of taking my laundry to the laundry mat...so i called them again and yelled at the head guy in charge of the maintence..he said that i had never called and complained about my dryer not working...ARE YOU KIDDING ME'!'! AS YOU CAN TELL THE MAINTENCE IS TERRIBLE....THE OFFICE STILL HASN'T CALLED ME BACK WHEN I CALLED THEM 2 WKS AGO.
