(user photo) (user photo) This is the ceiling in the bedroom, not even near the actual problem. Which proves they let the problem go on a long time without repair. (user photo) Wow. (user photo) The discoloring is a result of the dirty ceiling water. There is actually standing water on the floor, but it is hard to tell from the pic. The whiter patch near the vanity is not water, everything else is.

I moved into the Springs about 3 months ago. I also happen to work for the company that owns the property (Ed Rose). I have had no problems so far. The few things that needed to be repaired when I moved in where taken care of within a week. The sidewalks are always taken care of. The parking lots and corridors are always well lit. I have never had to call in any noise complaints on my neighbors. I think that so far it has been a great experience.
