(user photo) (user photo) This is the ceiling in the bedroom, not even near the actual problem. Which proves they let the problem go on a long time without repair. (user photo) Wow. (user photo) The discoloring is a result of the dirty ceiling water. There is actually standing water on the floor, but it is hard to tell from the pic. The whiter patch near the vanity is not water, everything else is.

I moved into the complex recently, and I do not have any major complaints. My neighbors have been friendly enough and so was the leasing staff. My main complaint is the geese. There are sooo many of them and they are mean!
