(user photo) (user photo) This is the ceiling in the bedroom, not even near the actual problem. Which proves they let the problem go on a long time without repair. (user photo) Wow. (user photo) The discoloring is a result of the dirty ceiling water. There is actually standing water on the floor, but it is hard to tell from the pic. The whiter patch near the vanity is not water, everything else is.

I have only had great experiences at The Springs. The office staff is very friendly. They are polite, funny & truly care. ----- goes out of her way to answer any questions I had before moving in, and even helped me look up directions before I got my internet hooked up. I truly feel like I'm home. Maintenance is prompt and knowledgeable. I would recommend this complex to my family and friends.
