Well after reading all of these reviews I don't feel along in my pain. Well instead of dwelling on all of my problems with this comapany let me just comment on a recent switch over in cable service.

Now for being one of the biggest apartment renters in the nation you would think that Edward Rose (The Springs is owned by the Edward Rose company) that changes as large of a scale as cable service for over 900 units would run smoothly. Instead we got notice that in a couple of days our cable service would be switching and we would have to fork over a lot more money for programming, equipment and set up. So I made an appointment. They ended up being 2 days late for their appointment and when they set things up nothing seemed to work. It turns out that the whole complex was out of cable for a week because they didn't have the proper infrastructure to support this massive change over. Eventually our TV's started working..... Well one of them worked normally. The other one keeps losing its signal. So I call AT&T and they tell me someone will be out in 24 hrs. Unfortunately the "someone" they talk about is the maintenance staff and by reading any of the other reviews you can guess what happens. Either they don't show up or you have to call the office multiple times just to get someone to respond.

Its now been a month and I still am not getting a proper signal. Thank the lord that I am closing on a house soon.

I thought that this lack of service only happened in slums. Do not move here!!!
