I lived in the springs for a year and it was a horrible experience. First of all My ac never worked at all the whole time I lived there. Not only myself but the entire building called to complain about having the ac fixed. Matinenece finall came after a few weeks and still problem not fixed. They decided after now about a month in a half to call a private contractor to come out and fix our ac, the contractor came into my apartmentt with one of the mantinence staff, not to mention my 14 year old daughter was in the apartment at the time, He decided to go in my bathroom take a dunk and stopped up my toilet,He also made comments about some things I had in my bathroom and my daughter could hear what he was saying. My daughter could not go to the restroom until I got home from work when I could come home and call matinence. Not to mention the ac still did not work properly. When I complained about this contractor they did not but basically tell me to get over and they would not give me the company who the contractor worked for.When I moved out, there was no damages at all to the apartment. I informed them Iwould not be renewing my least gavwe them notice. After all of that they refuse to return my security deposit, they just kept referring me to the corporate office who alsoo happens to be very rude as well.
