Springs Apartments

I just recently moved out of the springs and I have never been happier to leave a place. It all started the first week I moved in, I had not been home and when I finally checked my mail I had a notice of eviction. When I signed the lease we gave them all the security deposit and first months rent, I went out of my way to make sure that I didn't owe any money till the following month they agreed. Unfortunatley they forgot to tell us of a little fee and instead of coming to talk about it they started to take me to court. This was all settled however, it left a "bad taste" in my mouth.
The people that work there are rude and demeaning, that won't start until after you sign the lease, until then they will be as sweet as they can.
READ your lease agreement thoroughly, I didn't until it was too late and they give you NO RIGHTS! Even if you die you still have to pay them their money. The Maintence can come in whenever they want, one time while I was in the shower they started to unlock the door. As a woman that lived alone this was quite disconcerning when I also woke up to them knocking once and then trying to open the door. They don't care about anyone but themselves and will try screwing you over any way they can. If you wan't to enjoy your apartment don't move in here.

Oh one more thing I forgot to add, the first month I moved in I had a friend living in the apartment across the lake from me. That night a women visiting her neighbor was stabbed and hit over the head right outside of her apartment by a man that ran into the woods. If you do not believe me than call the police department, that's what I did when the springs told me it was just a domestic violence dispute I called the lead detective he informed me that this was not the case. It was just a random man that ran up from the woods. Yeah...great place those spring aparments.
