Nice Place to live but...

Years at this apartment: 2006-01-01 - 2007-01-01
i moved in December 2006. I can honestly say i have enjoyed living here. Maintenance comes in a timely manner. I must be honest and say i did have that problem aswell when i moved in they told me i wouldn't have to pay anything else until the 1st of the next month wrong!!! i did and i received a notice in the mail saying i was late on my rent. not to worry i got it paid, they never took me to court or anything i just sucked it up and paid the 40 dollar late fee and from then on everything was fantastic. i feel so safe there when my boyfriend leaves for work at 6 am i dont even get up to lock the door because im lazy one and two im safe. i've enjoyed it alot and im gonna be sad when i move in a few months i couldn't stay cause the rent price would go up after one year mark to the regular price $630. so im off to golden gate i hope that goes well.
