DO NOT MOVE TO THE SPRINGS. When you drive the property yea it looks great but the staff is so irresponsible and rediculous. I live by the office. I have seen the office staff having parties in there late at night with male strippers taking there clothes off in the window. I had a maint request and when the man finally got there he looked stoned and smelt like musty marijuana. I have heard the manager in the office is a ----- and I do not feel comfortable going in there. I am definately moving at the end of my lease. November.. I would like to live someplace where Im not afraid the people in the office are going to steal my money for crack.

They would'nt even sheval the snow out of the parking lot. I had to call off from work because my car could'nt get out. I Have been here 2 weeks and i am ready to leave already. The noisy neighbor keeps knocking on my door telling my music and tv are too loud. WERIOD bugs were in my apt i had to call 4 times and they still did'nt respond so i caught one of the bugs and marched over to that leasing office and dumped it on their desk and then only then they sent me an exsterminator. sp. They say i owe them 250 more cause i moved in the last 6 days of november and i gotta pay 250 dam dollers for living there 6 days after i have already given them 835 security deposit and 835 first months rent. You asked why i paid 835??????? I 'll tell u why they said i donot have any credit so i am a risk and therefore my rent jumps up 40 dollers than everybody eles rent ;o( This place is sharp and pretty but i hate the leasing staff and i hate how they don't care about the tenants once you sign on the dotted line ;o(
