lots of bugs. mosquito haven. hard-ass management. They send out eviction papers on the 5th of the month. crappy cable. do not get the AT&T digital whatever you do. It is an outrageous price, especially considering it might only work 5 days out of the month. after that, the basic 13 channels the apartment complex offers seems like the best thing since sliced bread. Maintenance does a real shoddy job. Didn't even bother to clean my kitchen before I moved in. There were crumbs and other stuff in all of my cubboards & the entire place smelled like cat urine even though I paid extra for new carpet. The stackable washer and dryer unit isn't worth it since you have to run the dryer 3 cycles to get your clothes dry. You end up spending more on the electric bill than you would going to a laundry mat. The parking is awful! Never a spot available after 6pm. but, if you really need a place, it's a roof over your head and not too bad for the initial price. as I understand it, the second year they jack the rent up, so you may want to keep in mind that you might need to move again in a year. With a little work, you can make your place look nice. Good luck.
