(user photo) (user photo) This is the ceiling in the bedroom, not even near the actual problem. Which proves they let the problem go on a long time without repair. (user photo) Wow. (user photo) The discoloring is a result of the dirty ceiling water. There is actually standing water on the floor, but it is hard to tell from the pic. The whiter patch near the vanity is not water, everything else is.

I think this joint used to go by another name back in the 1990's. Seemed like it always attracted a "low rent element". Some of the comments sounds like the current management used to be former tenants too.
