(user photo) (user photo) This is the ceiling in the bedroom, not even near the actual problem. Which proves they let the problem go on a long time without repair. (user photo) Wow. (user photo) The discoloring is a result of the dirty ceiling water. There is actually standing water on the floor, but it is hard to tell from the pic. The whiter patch near the vanity is not water, everything else is.

In my 3 years at living at The Springs, I have had nothing but great experiences. I am not ready to buy a house yet, but i have always felt like this was home. The maintenance has always responded to any problems that i have endured. The staff always have a smile and are great problem solvers.
