I have lived here for a year and a half. Here is my summary....

PROS
Mangement is helpful and prompt
Maitenance is great! The ask permission to enter your apartment before the service call is made - and you can have the option to be present.
They are prompt if you get locked out or have an emergency
I LOVE the bathrooms and the one bed room apartment is pretty big!
The parking lot is always plowed

CONS
If you have a noise complaint the management must be present to issue a warning to the tenants - I have LOUD neighbors below me and it is sometimes VERY early in the AM so if I want them to issue them a warning, I would have to call the emergency mangement to come and witness the "loudness" before my neigbors get a warning...so seeing as how I do not want to wake someone else up in the middle of the night - I am stuck with the rude neigbors.
They SAY the walls are sound proof - DO NOT BELIEVE THEM, I can heard EVERYTHING AROUND ME...even when my neigbors run their water the pipes are loud and can be heard
They said after a year I would get my carpet cleaned and then when I sceduled it they said I had only had 60 days to get it done! They never said that.
If you renew your lease they are required to do a "walk though" of your apartment - which I did not like.

So there are my complaints...decide for yourself. From what Iread about other apartments in the area, I think I have it pretty good!
