Hello, after living in multiple ed rose apartment's we moved in here and couldn't have made a better choice, opposite of ed rose we moved in to brand new carpeting with no additonal monthly charge the apartments are far more spacious then any ed rose apartment I ever seen, and trust me I worked as a contracted for ed rose and seen every property they have and wouldn't live in one for free, but back to my review of waterview everyone already know's ed rose properties are rip off's just look at there terrible reviews. Waterview has vary solid construction and noise level has never been an issue, The apartment's are vary good size and you walk into your apartment right on a tile floor not your carpeting, The office staff has changed several times since we have lived here and we have been happy with all of them, Maintenance has been super here instead of trying to temporally repair an obvious older appliance they will replace it with a brand new model since the 5 years we lived here we got a new fridge and new dishwasher and a new kitchen floor not that they where that bad when we moved in but the fridge was not a frost free model so after a simple call to the office they replaced it with a brand new in the box model then we had been out of town for a month and came home to run the dishwasher and for some reason it leaked maintence came over looked at it thought that it may have leaked due too not being run in a while, so when we ran it again a couple days later and it leaked again they called to say a new one would be brought over monday and this was saturday so monday morning a brand new once again in the box dishwasher was installed, when the dishwasher did leak it damaged the floor tiles slightly so they had a crew out to replace that the following day which only took them about an hour to completly remove the old floor and install a new one, The Kitchens here are vary large walk threw kitchens with plenty of cabinet space, the oven ranges are electric the dinning room has a ceiling fan, the bathroom's have double sinks, we love that feature, the water here is Detroit city water paid for by the apartments, the walls and floors are cinder block construction the person who said he could hear his neighbors must have super loud neighbors because I have never heard any of mine you can sometimes hear them when you are in the corridor but not once you in your apartment, the grounds here are vary nice complete with picnick tables and built in grills like at the park. When we first moved in there was alot of older renters here but since I have seen alot of familys move in, they do have a pool, tennis, and basket ball courts. The recently updated the office clubhouse with a pool table and some gym equipment. So all in all this have been a great place to live this was the first apartment complex out of the last three we lived in that we meet all our neighbors in the corridor there are four units upstairs and four down stairs, so its easy to meet all you neighbors plus for some reason we have had some of the most friendly people live next to us, usually we always got rude neighbors in the other complex's. So if your looking for a great place to live this is an ideal place, We are finally planning to move on to a house this year we had our first child this past october and are ready to take are next step in life but have had a wonderful time living here!
