This was my 1st apartment I moved into & it was such a good experince, my preivous experiences have been houses. For my 1st apartment it was GRANDE! I moved in on a special 1 bdr 1 bath $575/mo app fee $0 deposit & $0 move in fee I had to move in by 1/31/04 to get this special & just paid the prorated amount a few dollars & I was in, I lived there from Jan 04-Feb 05. If it wasn't for my job relocation I would have still been there & happy!

The maintenance was awesome, when I did have a problem they were there right away like within minutes it seemed & got it fixed on the 1st try. The office staff was always nice to me. I like how I could use the computer there during office hours. I rented out the clubhouse for a get to gether once & everything went smoothly I had to do the deposit & rental checks seperate not a problem but the only complaint I have is when I did rent the clubhouse they said I damaged a water spout on the kitchen sink & the computer which I didn't nor did my guest, they wanted to review it with the manager & wasn't sure if I would get my deposit back but I did get it back no questions asked no fuss.

I liked the area I work in Wixom very close to work go home for lunch etc etc, the area was nice. The apts sound was nice I didn't hear my neighbors at all in the apt but in the halls you could. Even though in each bldg their was only 1 washer & dryer that was never a problem when I wanted to wash. I really didn't see my neighbors in my bldg much but everyone was respectfull with their noise level. The lot was always plowed grass always cut trash always serviced. If I complained now I would just be complaining to be complaining for no reason. I moved in Feb 05 to TN, although I like TN (Nashville area) I hate the apt i'm in now & can't wait to move asap! I wish I was back home in my spacious apt! Waterview residents please appreciate what you have & any future resident take my advise once you move into Waterview the only thing that will make you leave is buying a house.

To the staff @ Waterview thank you for an amazing experience & trust me if I ever moved back to MI I'm coming home!
