We moved in back in July coming from Golden Gate in Wixom. We like it here much better than there and needless to say the management is way better too. The walls are sound-insulated and it makes a HUGE difference. We never hear our neighbors and they don't hear us. The only things we hear are the pipes in the bathroom. I do wish they would add another washer/dryer BUT you only have to share it with 8 units where at Golden Gate it was 3 w/d for 36 units, so I am not complaining. Because each building is only 8 units we actually go to know our neighbors which is cool, and we kind of watch out for each other. I also feel alot safer parking and walking around at night. I also like the interior of this apartment much better. All in all we are very happy here and we plan to stay here until we move into a house.

Its funny how the girls in the office of Waterview Farms, have so much time to write these rave reviews, instead of fixing 1970's apartments to at least the 1990's.. Id hate to ask for 2000's upgrades.. That would blow their pea brains!!!
