For the price it was okay. You can't beat 495 a month. I'm a current resident, but I will be moving out in June of this year. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. But, I will warn you about a few things. You must stay up on Management. I mean you can call and call but they will call you when they feel like it. When I first got into this place I would leave a message and they would call right back (what do you expect when you're in the process of getting the place). But, once I was in there I would have to call like 3 or 4 times before they would call me back. It's crazy. Also, maintance. They have people who live there and still take do things on time. My dishwasher was broken. I went out of town for 4 days came back and the dishwasher still wasn't fixed. I called and wanted some answers and she had the nerve to tell me that they sent someone out and it was fixed. I'm like Lady, I'm trying to use my dishwasher now and it's not working. The neighbors were cool, and it wasn't noisy at all. I didn't live next to kids. The price is cool and you can't argue that. If you don't mind calling them 3 or 4 times to get a questioned answered or for something else you'll be fine.
