I have been living here for less than a year.. I have my mixed feelings about recommending this place. I love the layout much better than the others I looked at which is why in the end I chose this place. The grounds are kept nice and people in the office are very friendly. The down side is I recall in the lease that we are not suppose to be doing any illegal activity on these grounds but within a few days of living here I witnessed drug dealing.. ever single day I open my front door I get overwhelmed with the smell of Marijuana.. It's ridiculus that I have to live here and submit my child to all this.. It's almost as though I am the only unit not into drugs here. I do hear my neighbors when they are outside smoking every night and alot of people argue.. I do also here them in my unit if they are in the hallway.. I don't hear them if they are in their apartment..thankfully because I am sure it is worse if they are actually behind closed doors. I personally joke and tell people I am in the Ghetto of NOVI... I do feel safe here mostly.. but not always since my patio chairs were stolen off my patio within the first month I was here..
anyways.. that's so far my experience here.. could get worse..but I am hoping it gets better. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
