I have been here for three months now. The neighbors are quiet, the apartments are good size, and the price is decent. The office staff is very friendly and cooperative. You may have to ask for things a couple of times to get it done, but it always gets done. The kitchen cabinets could use to be updated. There are two sinks in the bathroom (I think that only comes with a 2 bedroom apt) and very large mirrors. I have noticed the pot smell occasionally, but unless they can pinpoint who is the culprit, they can't do much. The really nice thing is that they allow pets, which makes this a really community type complex. You see the same people walking their dogs, etc.. all the time. There is one washer/dryer in each building for 8 apts, but there has never really been a problem. The bottom apts have small patios with privacy fences and they are allow to have TV dishes. There is plenty of parking, although when the snow hits, they plow the driving areas quickly, but leave the actual parking space for much later, making it harder to find a spot.
