The office staff lately has either someone filling in from another property and doesn't know anything or you have to deal with Nyssa. She is incompatent! She acts friendly and concerned but she never remembers to return phone calls. I'm not sure if she even knows how to write maintenance requests. They had a manager there who knew what they were doing but now she is gone. The maintenance staff is so so. The older guy always smells of alcohol, but atleast he knows how to fix things. This use to be a nice property, but it is quickly going down hill. Oh, and don't bother calling headquarters because they could care less (unless you are late with your rent) and they are very rude. I can't wait to move out of here. I have lived here for three years and I use to enjoy it, not anymore.

VE NOT HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE MANAGEMENT,THE ONLY THING THAT BOTHERS ME ARE THE HELLISH INSANE POSSESED ----- DOGS,THAT LIVE IN THE APARTMENT ACROSS FROM ME BUT THATS NOT THE BUISNESS'S PROBLEM THEY JUST WANT THERE MONEY AND THEY WILL LEAVE YOU ALONE. FROM WHAT I HAVE AKNOWLEDGED WHILE LIVEING THERE THE APARTMENT THAT I AM LIVEING IN IS BEAUTIFUL, THE HIS AND HER BATHROOM SINKS ARE DEFINITLY A PLUS. HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS LIVING THERE I WOULD RECOMEND IT GOOD APPARTMENT COMPLEX.
