Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
 
they were very slow in servicing problems with our apartment. It took atleast a week or so for them to come out and fix out garbage disposal--we couldn't do the dishes, because the sink was clogged with a broken disposal. They smoked (in a smoke-free enviorment) in our home
